For anyone thinking of buying piano, Peregrine's Pianos in the Grays Inn Road, London is offering the intriguing prospect of being able to visit the factory where the piano is made. They are offering potential customers the chance to join a one-day visit to Schimmel Pianos in Braunschweig, Germany on 21 April 2016. Guests will be able to tour the factory and watch pianos being made, as well as hearing a short recital and try the full range of pianos in the company's 'selection room'.

There is a charge for the trip but Peregrine's Pianos will offset this against the cost of any piano which is bought. Places on this visit are limited and those interested in joining will need a valid passport and should contact Peregrine’s Pianos (info@peregrines-pianos.com) as soon as possible.

Schimmel Pianos is the largest volume German piano manufacturer, and the company was founded in Leipzig in 1885, and is fully owned by members of the Schimmel family.
