The Garden of Disguises at the Chiltern Arts Festival

In July last year I chatted to director Nina Brazier and soprano Alice Privett about the way they work in rehearsal [see Rehearsal room secrets] in advance of Ryedale Festival Opera's production of Mozart's La finta giadiniera (Garden of Disguises) which was directed by Nina and featured Alice as Sandrina. The production returning and will be featured at the Chiltern Arts Festival on 10 February 2018.

Conducted by Eamonn Dougan and directed by Nina Brazier the production features Robin Horgan (Podesta), Alice Privett (Sandrina), Clare Tunney (Arminda), Jessica Cale (Serpetta), Harry Thatcher (Nardo), Kieran Carrel (Belfiore) and Anna Harvey (Ramiro).

The opera is being performed at:

Performing Arts Centre, Pipers Corner School, Pipers Lane, Great Kingshill, Bucks HP15 6LP
