Verdi's birthday

Today is Verdi's birthday. So you might like to celebrate by listening to one of the great Verdi tenors of the past, or perhaps one of today's crop. Just to get you thinking, Rolando Villazon is releasing a new, all Verdi album next month. It will be interesting to hear how the music suits his voice after his interesting vocal trajectory of recent years. But I have to say that when I heard him live in Massenet's Werther (a big sing if ever there was one) recently, I was impressed. Anyway, here is is on Youtube, singing Verdi.
