Other classical music related honours include Dr Michael Berman, the chairman of the Southbank Sinfonia, who received a CBE; the former joint principal of Trinity Laban, Professor Derek William Aviss, received an OBE; and the chairman of the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, Marmtin Smith, received a Knighthood.
