Christ's Nativity in the snow

I am singing tomorrow (Thursday 19 December) in a concert being given by London Concord Singers at the church of St Botolph without Bishopsgate which is near to Liverpool Street Station. We will be singing Britten's early choral suite, Christ's Nativity, written when he was still a teenager. Alongside it we are performing Poulenc's wonderful Un Soir de Neige written in wartime Paris and setting poetry by Paul Eluard, plus music by Giaches de Wert, Hans Leo Hassler, Christobal de Morales, Agostino Soderini and Bach's Lobet den Herren. The concert starts at 7.30pm and you can buy tickets on-line at our Eventbrite page.
