The International Rameau Ensemble is a London based-group formed last year to celebrate Rameau's 250th anniversary. This year, they are joining with Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance to hold an immersive day of French baroque masterclasses, coaching and performance at the Royal Naval College, Greenwich on 25 July 2014. They are currently fundraising to try to ensure that the event will be free for the music students to attend. If you'd like to help support, then visit their project page.
The day will include masterclasses from baroque violinist Catherine Mackintosh, coaching in vocal style with Robert Aldwinckle as well as the International Rameau Ensemble performing. Tickets are available for people to watch the performances, at £10.
