Eaton Square Concerts it celebrating its 10th anniversary concert season at St Peter's Church, Eaton Square, London SW1W 9AL. The season opened last week with saxophonist Amy Dickson and, in complete contrast, continues on Thursday 6 April 2017 with the Marian Consort in a programme which celebrates the Virgin Mary in music justaposing Tudor polyphony by Cornysh, Lambe, Taverner, Tallis and Ludford with contemporary British music from Roxanna Panufnik, Hilary Campbell, Stephen Dodgson, Cecilia McDowall, Cheryl Frances Hoad, Matthew Martin, Lennox Berkeley and Judith Weir (full details from the Eaton Square Concerts website).
Further ahead there is the Phoenix Piano Trio (Jonathan Stone, Christian Elliot and Sholto Kynoch) in Haydn, Gade and Schubert, the Halcyon Quartet in Haydn, Borodin and Beethoven and pianist Leslie Howard in Mozart, Liszt, Grieg, and Rachmaninov. Rull details from the
