Then members of the English Chamber Orchestra join with the Ealing Youth Orchestra to perform Tchaikovsky's Piano Concerto No. 1 (with Martin James Bartlett) and Mahler's Symphony No. 1

Ealing Symphony Orchestra, conductor John Gibbins, is giving an all English programme with music written for films by Walton, RVW, Ireland and Rawsthorne, and the festival closes with the Tippett Quartet in Haydn, Dvorak and Brahms.

Films include David Cronenberg's Spider, and there is also a film location tour.
