Concert season on-line and in person at Stoller Hall in Manchester

Stoller Hall in Manchester has announced a forthcoming season of three classical concerts which are planned to take place on-line, and when permitted, in person. 

Having accompanied violinist Tasmin Little on her recent Manchester farewell concert at Stoller Hall, pianist Martin Roscoe returns to Stoller Hall on 9 February 2021, in association with Manchester Chamber Concerts Society. All the ticket sales will go to Help Musicians UK. 

Roscoe's live-stream will include music by Mozart, Schubert and Haydn, culminating in Beethoven's Appasionata Sonata. [further information]

Further ahead, the siblings  Braimah and Konya Kanneh-Mason will be performing on 24 March 2021. The two are further scions of the Kanneh-Mason family, 23-year-old violinist Braimah and 20-year-old pianist Konay. Their programme includes violin sonatas by Grieg and by Beethoven, plus music by Elgar [further information]

The Victoria String Quartet, named for the historic Victoria Street baths in Manchester where the ensemble made its debut, will be performing Beethoven's Quartet in F minor, Op. 95 'Serioso' along with quartets by Mozart and Puccini, on 16 April 2021. [further information]
